本規約はBasho Mapの利用条件を定めます。利用者は本規約に同意のうえ本サービスを利用します。
2. 投稿と削除
利用者は投稿内容について責任を負います。運営者は虚偽、権利侵害、スパム、差別表現、未開示広告等を非公開・削除・編集できます。
3. 禁止事項
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 不正アクセス、評価操作、サービス妨害
- 第三者または運営者の権利侵害
4. 免責
本サービスの情報（AI評価、レビュー、写真、説明文を含む）は参考情報であり、正確性・完全性・最新性を保証しません。
5. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、第一審の専属的合意管轄は運営者所在地を管轄する地方裁判所とします。
6. 場所追加投稿に関する規約
ユーザーは、場所追加投稿（スポット名、カテゴリ、住所、緯度経度、説明、写真、URL等）について、適法性・正確性・第三者権利非侵害を保証するものとします。
- 権利者の許諾がない文章・画像・データの転載、違法または有害な投稿を禁止します。
- 運営者は、審査または法令遵守のため、投稿内容の非公開、修正、削除を行うことができます。
- 投稿内容は、サービス提供・改善・表示・翻訳・配信のために利用される場合があります。
- 位置情報は合理的に正確であることが必要です。不正確・危険・権利侵害の疑いがある情報は掲載しない場合があります。

2. User content and removal
You are responsible for your content. We may hide, edit, or remove false, infringing, spammy, abusive, or undisclosed ad content.

- Infringement of third-party or operator rights
4. Disclaimer
Information on this service (including AI scores, reviews, photos, and descriptions) is for reference only and provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
5. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Japanese law, and the district court with jurisdiction over the operator location has exclusive first-instance venue.
6. Spot Submission Rules (Adding Places)
When submitting a place (such as spot name, category, address, coordinates, description, photos, or URL), you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
- Do not submit copied text, images, or data without permission, and do not submit unlawful or harmful content.
- The operator may review, hide, edit, or remove submitted content when needed for moderation or compliance.
- Submitted content may be used to operate, improve, display, translate, or distribute the service.
- Location information must be accurate to the extent reasonably possible. The service may refuse publication of inaccurate, unsafe, or rights-infringing data.
